Encore 2016-2017

Weekly Tuesday morning renovation Q and A meetings scheduled
Beginning Tuesday, June 7, a regularly scheduled Tuesday morning meeting at 10:30 a.m. at the Lake Bluff Community Room in the Police Station is scheduled for any neighborhood and/or community questions regarding the LBMS renovations.
 These Tuesday meetings will be held every Tuesday at the same place and time. Dr. Sophie and/or Mr. Blackmer will be present along with the construction superintendent and a representative from the construction management group to answer any questions that you may have regarding renovations that are not answered in the emailed updates. New Student Registration for the 2016 - 2017 School Year Now Available
Pre-Registration for incoming Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, and students new to the district is available by 
clicking here.  If you need assistance with registration, please contact the District Office at 847-234-9400.

Returning Student Registration - Deadline Approaching!
The deadline for registering students who are returning to the district is August 1, 2016.  Returning students registered after this date will not be guaranteed bus service until after the start of the school year.  If you need to have your snap code resent to you, please contact the District Office at 847-234-9400.

Lake Bluff Park District - End of Summer Camp
Since we usually start school in August and many parents return to work in late August, the Lake Bluff Park District and Lake Bluff Elementary School District 65 has partnered to offer an end of Summer Camp Program.  You can find more information about the camp by clicking here.

District Office and Schools Closed on Fridays During Summer
Beginning the week of June 10th and ending the week of August 4th, the District Office and Schools will be closed on Fridays.

The Kiwanis Foundation is raising funds for a new ramp at LBMS
The Kiwanis Foundation of Lake Bluff & Lake Forest has already raised $10,000 for the new ramp at the main LBMS entrance. The ramp will address safety concerns and enhance accessibility for both students and visitors. The Foundation is halfway to their goal of $20,000.
