ANNOUNCEMENTS

Weekly Tuesday morning renovation Q and A meetings scheduled
Beginning Tuesday, June 7, a regularly scheduled Tuesday morning meeting at 10:30 a.m. at the Lake Bluff Community Room in the Police Station is scheduled for any neighborhood and/or community questions regarding the LBMS renovations.
 These Tuesday meetings will be held every Tuesday at the same place and time. Dr. Sophie and/or Mr. Blackmer will be present along with the construction superintendent and a representative from the construction management group to answer any questions that you may have regarding renovations that are not answered in the emailed updates.  If a question or an issue arises prior to that time that you feel needs to be answered, please call the District Office at 847-234-9400. to subscribe to weekly emailed updates, please click here>>.

Summer Math and Algebra Academy Information

Lake Bluff will, once again, offer a summer math academy for all interested students entering grades two through eight. The summer academies will be held at Lake Bluff Elementary School and will run from June 13, 2016 through July 7, 2016, with no class on Fridays or Monday, July 4, 2016. The Kiwanis Foundation is raising funds for a new ramp at LBMS
The Kiwanis Foundation of Lake Bluff & Lake Forest has already raised $10,000 for the new ramp at the main LBMS entrance. The ramp will address safety concerns and enhance accessibility for both students and visitors. The Foundation is halfway to their goal of $20,000.
